Neptune provides guided tours for kayaks, canoes and paddle boarding Cork harbour. All the instructors are fully trained and have allot of knowledge of the areas cultural sites. These consist of famine graveyards, hidden dolmens and bird watching sanctuaries. There is also a dive centre here which do diving tours if you would like to do a bit of exploring under the water.
There are facilities on site for you to change. There is also a full selection of wetsuits for you to choose from as well as buoyancy aids and head gear. There is a wide range to offer from the rental fleet single and double sit on tops, cockpit kayaks, rigid and inflatable Stand Up Paddleboards and for those who enjoy the water but hate getting wet there are Canadian canoes.
If you would rather spectate there are park benches nearby there is also tea coffee and other refreshments in the area.
Nepture is also able to offer custom and full day activities incorporating the whole east harbour. This can include paintballing, coasteering, surfing, wilderness adventures and even overnight trips to their base camp on Spike Island. They can plan a very eventual action packed day or weekend.
There is also an all year round day and week camps for kids as well as a one to one tuition or as a group. They offer family fun days once a month also kid and adult taster sessions on a weekly basis.
Kid summer camps cater for all ages. The camp itself run for a week and has many actictivites to offer. Some of these include paddle boarding, kayaking, raft building, coasteering, surfing, med evac training, assault courses, wilderness training and paintballing. At the end of the camp on a Friday everybody gathers for a BBQ the end the week.
Neptunes new base on Spike Island will provide a year round adventure assault course and training centre. It also has overnight facilities boot camp training and team building activities. This island also provides a destination for paddling tours which incorporates cultural tours of Fort Mitchell.
